International Delivery
Henk Berg delivers to over 180 countries globally. For international delivery our customers have three options:
- EMS International Courier
(2-5 day courier delivery to the US)
- International Air Mail (6 working days to the US, 10 working days
worldwide);
- International Economy Mail (2-4 weeks delivery worldwide)
1. EMS International Courier
EMS is a division of
Australia Post, Australia's largest postal service provider. EMS courier
service delivers express courier packages worldwide and offers delivery to any
country in the world within 1-9 working days. Delivery to the United States is
generally within 2-5 working days (but averaging around 2 working days for the United
States). All packages sent by EMS courier must be delivered to a physical
address (ie. not a post office box) and must be signed for.

International Air Mail
Australia Post Air Mail service is provided by
Australia's largest postal service provider. Air Mail will deliver to any
country in the world within 10 working days and offers delivery to the United
States within 6 working days.
3. International Economy Mail
Australia Post Economy Mail service
is provided by Australia's largest postal service provider. Economy Mail will
delivery orders to any country in the world within about 2-4 weeks.
International Costs
All shipping charges are based upon the combined weight of the
products ordered. The base rates for international delivery are:
- International Economy Mail is $5.50AU for up
to 250grams (about $2.75US)
- International Air Mail is $6.50AU for up to 250grams (about
$3.25US)
- International EMS
Courier is $36.00AU for up to 250grams (about $18US).
Delivery within
Australia
For deliveries within Australian, you have two options for shipping :
- Australia Post (2-3 day delivery)
- Australia Post Express Post (next day delivery)
1. Australia Parcel Post
Australia Parcel Post delivers orders
throughout Australia within 2-3 days. The Shipping Price for Parcel Post is a
based on weight and will be automatically calculated for you on checkout.
2. Australia Post Express Post
Australia Post Express Post offers
next day delivery (working day) to most capital cities in Australia. The
Shipping Price for Express Post is a based on weight and will be automatically
calculated for you on checkout.
Calculating Shipping Charges
Charges and estimated delivery time are automatically calculated for the
customer upon checkout.
Choosing a Shipping Option
Once you have selected the products that you wish to order by adding them to
your shopping cart, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method on
the checkout page.
Shipment Date
Orders
are generally shipped within two to three working days of the date they are
placed.
* If an order is required to be shipped urgently please
contact us. directly and
we can process and ship for delivery on the next business day at an
additional charge of $10 based on product availability.
Shipping Policy
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in
transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we
guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is
incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved.
Please note: that although we guarantee delivery of our products, we are
not able to guarantee that orders will be delivered within the time frames
listed above. The shipping timeframes above are to be used as a guideline only.
The delivery of our orders is carried out by a third party over whom we have no
control and do not guarantee that orders will be received within the above
timeframes.
We will not deliver orders to a post office box unless you advise us of
special circumstances and you also provide us with your physical street address.
We are able to have your order delivered to your place of business if you
prefer. If you have any questions about the appropriate delivery address
please contact us to discuss appropriate arrangements. Please note :The above shipping times are for delivery only. This
means that the above delivery time frames are the time frames from when your
order is dispatched from our store to when you receive it. We do not guarantee
that all orders will be received by you within the above times frames from the
moment you place an order.
The actual date you receive an order will depend on whether we have your
chosen product in stock. If your product is in stock we will process your order
and ship it to you within 48 hours of the receipt of your order (pending the
approval of your credit card). Once the product has been shipped to you, you
will receive e-mail confirmation of when your order was dispatched, quoting an
approximate delivery date.
Although all products offered on the Henk Berg web site are available for order,
however, due to high demand a product may be
temporarily unavailable at the time of your order. If your chosen product is
temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to let you know the anticipated
timeframe until the product will be available and the anticipated shipping
date. Once the product is available we will contact you by e-mail to let you
know when the product has been shipped to you and when you should expect to
receive it.

Import Duties
For all international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the product reaches your country. All additional charges
for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges
are not included in the purchase price of our products and Henk Berg will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances.
We have no control over those charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely
between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further
information.
